The building, on Belle Vue Road, has been transferred from Cornwall Council to Saltash Gateway CIC (Community Enterprises PL12) and been given a facelift by service users completing Community Payback activity under the supervision of Dorset, Devon and Cornwall Community Rehabilitation Company (DDC CRC).

A month long refurbishment modernised the office space with the ex-offenders plastering and painting to create a fresh new look to the building.

Following the renovation, the building will now become a centre for social organisations and supporting services, including Citizen’s Advice, Saltash Foodbank and Groundwork South.
